| To fringe the tail tip and head plume of this design, turn to underside of embroidery and carefullly cut the bobbin thread at the tail tip and head plume area. Small clipping scissors or a sharp seam ripper will both work effectively. Turn to rightside of embroidery and "fluff" the tail tip and head plume to release ends from fabric.
