This month, our travels
took us to Edmonton where I taught a digitizing class at Central Sewing. Lauren
was happy, as you can see, once the teaching was over. She got
to go shopping on Whyte Avenue with her Daddy and Mommy. The
day was a bit brisk, but as usual, she was dressed for the occasion. |

Last month, while we were in Toronto, we
had the pleasure of visiting a family home of some dear friends. Not
only did they serve us the most decadent cake, but they allowed us
to see a beautiful, hand embroidered family heirloom. It was
made by their grandmother who was Lithuanian. The piece was very
impressive as it must have been at least 3 feel wide and I would guess
500,000 stitches! |

Now that our family has slowed down, Lauren has
sped up. She has changed so much just in the last week.
She is crawling forward now and is extremely fast. She can clap along
with her Mommy, wave hello, and be exceptionally animated at all times. We
can't resist her many charms. Lauren is sure to quickly find a way
to use this to her advantage. |
