Trevor and George trip to Australia.
| Trevor and George visit Australia for the Janome National Convention in Sanctuary Cove QLD. It was a father son road trip and we had a blast. Everyone we met was great to us both new friends and old. There were many highlits to this trip like the opening at Movie World (see the pic of Trevor with Austin Powers below) or the boat tours to Mclearin Island. For Trevor the biggest highlite was not dancing on stage in a hula skirt but it was bieing asked to officiate the marriage of Lance Williams and Rebecca Summerville. No Trevor is not a licenced marriage commisioner and yes Lance and Rebecca will have a proper wedding at home very soon. It was however a magical evening and a wonderful honor for Trevor to participate in the wedding. It was the perfect ending to a fantastic conference. |

Kids Fall activities
Fall and all of it's colours is beautiful in Saskatchewan. As the farmers harvest their bounty, we squeeze in as many nice day outdoors as we can knowing well that winter is just around the corner. The kids return to school for a new year and in a way fall feels like a beginning more than the end of summer. This winter Nicholas joined a hockey team. As a new hockey family we all think it looks like fun, so much so that Lorna has now joined a hockey team. I guess in many ways we are a typical prairie family.
