Trevor's Trip to Toronto


Trevor attended the Creative Festival in Toronto this fall. The largest sewing show in Canada, the creative Festival is attended by 50,000 people. There are hundreds of teachers and sewing celebrities that attend this event and the vendor floor goes on and on and on.

Trevor's sister Andrea (photo on the right) made the trip and enjoyed the show for the first time.
The photo on the left is Lily Chin is the author of Knit and Crochet with Beads, The Urban Knitter, and Mosaic Magic, and she has written the “On Designing” column for Knitter's Magazine and the annual “Focus on Fibers” report for Knit ‘n Style. Lily also is the reigning champion fastest crocheter in the world, a title she defended in October 2004 at the world championships in London.


Some new friends that Trevor met at the show in TO are in the photo's below. On the left is Fred Lebow and some of the staff of RNK Distributing who promote and sell Floriani Stabilizers and thread. The photo on the right is Marie and Yanik of My Embroidery Haven based in Montreal Canada.
